1. The first way and more mature way is to solve warning message pop-up problem by replacing battery cells firstly and then spot welding original battery baseboard (PCBA) from the same iPhone and making a new battery, and connecting the original Flex with one outer Flex which can block the order when motherboard of iPhone verify the battery health to solve the not showing battery health problem.
The addvantage of this way is that it has been proved. The disaddvantage is that the opperation is a little complicated.
2. The other way is that some factories are trying to develop the finished iphone batteries with terminal port. We just need buckle the connector of original baseboard (PCBA) with the port to solve the problem.
The advantage is that it's easy to be opperated. However, this way is still on testing, especially should need more testing when IOS upgrading to IOS17.4, and also just few models have this solution.
So at present we think the best way still is to use first way that is to replacing battery cells and add outer FLEX to solve warning message POP-UP and not showing battery health problem.
